Chocolate Meringues:
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Whip egg whites with cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Still cocoa into sugar; then gradually add to egg whites, beating until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
