4 Ingredient, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, but GLORIOUS Peanut Butter Cookies
Not only is it simple, and not only does it require only 4 ingredients, but the result was a moist, fudgey cookie that I could eat a million of. The best part of all-- no butter! A great thing to make for people with a gluten or dairy allergy. :) My daughter loved these!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup of creamy peanut butter
1 Cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS:Preheat oven to 325°. Cream all ingredients in a mixer. Roll into one inch balls, flatten lightly with a fork, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes and cool on cookie sheet until completely cool.
